This rapidly growing spine business, with a history of developing innovative and market leading products with a focus on clinical education and training are looking to establish their foundational commercial team here across Australia and New Zealand. An organisation underpinned by unique design philosophies combined with proven clinical efficiency of their products, they are uniquely placed to continue their growth trajectory here in the ANZ market. **Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to meet company revenue and business objectives.
- Increase and establish Brand awareness initiatives to be supported by an established marketing team
- Development of sales and surgeon education initiatives to be supported by the education team
- Accountable for timely and accurate forecasting of pipeline and sales per the normal reporting cycles
- Continuously develop deep clinical and technical knowledge including awareness of current and future trends in healthcare technology and healthcare funding mechanisms
- Understand the customers changing clinical and/or operational issues and challenges
- Educate, coach and direct the differentiation (position, value proposition and key messages) of the business here within ANZ
- Know, interact and execute the strategy with Key Opinion Leaders
- Improve customer engagement, quality installations and NPI launches through collaboration with the Project Management, Field Services and Applications teams
**Required Qualifications**:
- Educated to bachelor’s degree level
- Experienced in Sales/Marketing in progressive leadership positions within the Healthcare industry and preferably from within the spine space
- Demonstrated business management and resource allocation skills including business plan development, sales and professional education
- Strong business acumen; financial and organisational skills
- Advanced negotiation, problem solving and influencing skills
- High level presentation and interpersonal skills; able to communicate and present ideas to customers, both internal and external, in a way that produces understanding and impact that builds effective strategic relationships
