Territory Manager - Surgical & Interventional Portfolio | VIC

We're looking for a motivated and curious individual to join a high-performing team as a Territory Manager. This role gives you the chance to represent a trusted portfolio of surgical and interventional products – supporting clinicians, improving patient outcomes, and building strong, long-term customer relationships.

We're looking for someone who:

  • Has experience in sales (ideally hospital, clinical or healthcare-related) OR strong clinical knowledge from a theatre, nursing, or allied health background
  • May have 6–12 months in medical devices already – or is ready to make a move into the industry
  • Brings energy, accountability and a proactive approach to learning
  • Communicates well and thrives on building genuine relationships
  • Wants a career with meaning, purpose, and room to grow
  • Is agile and able
