**About The Role**:
NHP have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Production Supervisor / Electrical Supervisor, based in Laverton.

Reporting to the National Production Manager, the primary function of this role will be to coordinate production activities, provide leadership and guidance to the workshop team, whilst ensuring a safe, efficient and effective operation that aligns with our customer requirements.

**Key responsibilities include**:

- Promoting and instilling a positive safety culture across the production facility and work cross functionally to review and implement safety initiatives and improvements
- Providing clear leadership on activities undertaken within the production environment to ensure a safe productive and efficient operation
- Implement and support continuous improvement initiatives across the production environment
- Supporting staff training and skills development
- Ensure production schedules are met and appropriate actions implemented as and when required to maintain the schedule
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Leading by example and work in line with NHP’s guiding principles

**About You**:
As Production Supervisor / Electrical Supervisor, you will have a positive attitude and a strong desire to excel in your career. You will be reliable and respectful to all employees and provide clear and consistent communication to your team and management.

**Ideally you will have**:

- A positive and proactive safety mindset
- Previous experience leading a team of skilled tradespeople, preferably in a manufacturing environment
- Strong technical aptitude with an ability to understand and interrupt specifications and technical drawings. An electrical License would be an advantage
- Ability to provide options and solutions to production challenges to support positive operational outcomes
- Excellent communication skills
