The Opportunity
The Pastry Production Supervisor is a key role within the macaron production team. You'll be supervising a team of 4–8 staff producing macarons, ensuring smooth coordination between teams, overseeing day-to-day operations on the factory floor, and implementing efficient planning and production systems.
This is a Monday–Friday role that gives you the chance to lead a close-knit team, improve workflow, drive productivity, and maintain quality standards in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment.
The Ideal Candidate
- Previous experience in food manufacturing, pastry, or high-volume production environments
- Strong organisational and planning skills
- Comfortable leading from the factory floor
- Proven ability to manage and motivate teams in a fast-paced setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of HACCP, GMP, and food safety requirements
- A proactive, hands-on approach to team management and problem-solving
