Production Supervisor position located in Epping, Victoria. We are currently seeking a hands-on and experienced Production Supervisor to lead our manufacturing operations in Epping, Victoria.
About the RoleAs the Production Supervisor, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day leadership of a dedicated production team. You'll oversee manufacturing operations, ensure high product quality, manage inventory accuracy, and align production activities with customer and business expectations.
What You'll Do- Lead, coach, and develop a small production team.
- Plan and assign daily production tasks and priorities.
- Monitor production output, backlog, and adherence to lead times.
- Drive quality assurance and resolve issues promptly.
- Oversee dispatch, receipting, and inter-site stock movement.
- Maintain clear communication with internal stakeholders including Sales, Finance, and Project Managers.
- Ensure a clean, safe, and productive working environment.
- 5+ years of experience in a similar supervisory or production role.
- Strong hands-on experience in manufacturing or technical environments.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate small teams.
- Excellent planning, coordination, and communication skills.
- Experience with inventory/stock management systems (MYOB preferred).
- Forklift licence (advantageous).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
