**Great opportunity as a 12-month contract role**
**Overview**
- This is a hands-on role supporting our Communications and Brand team with a variety of tasks, to support the delivery of our team goals.- This role will play a key part in maintaining and managing our global Intranet (Microsoft SharePoint) from updating content and promotional banners to creating online polls.-
- No two days are ever alike in this role, and will suit someone who enjoys working across lots of different tasks, with an interest and good understanding (or ability to learn) tools such as SharePoint, Microsoft Office 365, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and basic Excel.- You will have exceptional attention to detail and strong writing skills and/or a flair for creative design and social media will be regarded highly**Key Accountabilities and Main Responsibilities**
- Help source content ideas for weekly employee blog
- Format and prepare the blog for review, and sending it to all employees on a weekly basis when approved
- Responsible for updating and maintaining content on the global Intranet, including uploading and linking files, promotional tiles and banners
- Help prepare basic employee communication content such as “meet the team” interviews with colleagues
- Support the Brand & Communications Manager in obtaining business approval for employee communications and content
- Proof reading, reviewing, and distributing employee communications materials
- Monitor and provide reports and analytics on employee communication channel effectiveness
- Coordinate updates to our corporate websites as required
- Support team administration tasks such as processing invoices
**Experience & Personal Attributes**
- Minimum requirements - Intermediate user of PowerPoint and Word and basic user of Excel
- Must possess strong attention to detail
- Strong writing skills
- Good time management skills - comfortable working with and meeting deadlines
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast paced, deadline driven environment.
- Highly organised, with a high-level of planning and ability to work across and manage multiple projects at once.
- Accountable for your results and enjoys working within a small team
- Strong digital/technical knowledge, or ability to learn these skills quickly
- Experience in working with tools such as Yammer, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams will be highly regarded
