Key Role in Community Safety

We are seeking an Administration Officer to join our team in the Prevention and Response to Violence Abuse and Neglect Service.

Job Overview

This role is responsible for providing administrative support in a busy front-line environment, ensuring accurate and timely completion of tasks, and developing effective relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent service to clients, responding to their needs in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Administrative Tasks: Ensure accurate and timely completion of administrative tasks, including data entry and record-keeping.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients and stakeholders, including health workers and other service providers.
Requirements:
  • Customer-Facing Experience: Proven experience working in a customer-facing environment, with the ability to work effectively with distressed or demanding clients.
  • Computer Skills: Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant software systems.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to exercise problem-solving skills using established methods and procedures.
