Administration Support Officer

The role of the _Administrative Support Officer_ works within the Mission and Mission in Action to provide administration support to the Residential Care home. The Administrative Support Officer is required to provide a high level of service to enable the Residential Care homes to function smoothly and efficiently. It is an important “front office” role that requires commitment, initiative, and confidence in dealing with internal and external customers. The workplace is flexible and friendly, with an emphasis on reciprocal support between management and staff.
The essence of this role:
- Provide administration support to the Residential Aged Care home team.
- Provide a high level of service to enable the Residential Care home to function smoothly and efficiently.
- Display commitment, initiative and confidence in dealing with internal and external customers.

- Exceptional customer service focus with a professional and friendly manner.
- Rostering experience a must
- Practical experience in a busy office environment.
- Strong administrative and computer skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Superior time management.
- Flexibility in approach to work and hours.
- Empathy and patience.
