Global Education Academy is Australia's first research-based learning centre. It is the fruition of our founder's research into mathematics and Cognitive Load Theory.

We change students’ lives by putting research into practice through high-quality education courses at our campuses. Within a few years of establishment we have expanded to two campuses, wrote over 100 books covering all the maths and the English curriculum from K-Year 10, a team of over 30 and are ready to go national and global.

To date, we empowered over 2000 students and took the stress of many parents as we supported them in their children’s journey to become independent thinkers and problem solvers.

**A bit about the role**

The role is on casual basis however the roster is consistent.

This is an administrative assistant position that manages the day-to-day functions of the office at our Turramyurra Campus.

Responsibilities include:

- Face to face interaction with students, parents and teachers
- Answering the phone
- Data entry
- Scheduling appointments
- Handling internal databases and appropriate records
- General office duties such as filing, printing, light cleaning and all the boring things that you can turn into fun.

Required to work 3 - 4 days a week.

**during school terms**:_**shifts are between 2 pm - 7.30 pm Mon
- Thu + Sat 8.30 am to 5.30 pm.**_
- **during school holidays: Shifts are Monday to Friday 9 am - 5pm.**_

**The Prize**

Part-time hours: 15-20 per week.

**Salary**: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $21.00 - $28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 6 - 15 per week
