**The Opportunity**

Due to an internal movement we have an opportunity within our Finance team for a Commercial Manager - Category to join The Arnott’s Group.

In this role you will be responsible for delivering a sustainable pricing strategy which optimises revenue, variable sales contribution and overall return for our business and customers, using data driven insights.

**The Accountabilities**
- Delivery of great business partnering through long term pricing strategies, maximising the portfolio mix across products and channels, identification of risks and opportunities on trade spend, and delivering commercial and financial acumen throughout the sales, marketing and finance teams
- Drive actionable insights for sales and other business teams via evaluation of pricing and promotional strategies
- Lead the pricing agenda and prioritisation across sales and business teams
- Drive improvement of core systems and processes through continuous improvement initiatives
- Build your team capability through clear role scope, prioritisation and development plans
- Coach and develop the team to drive a culture of continuous improvement

**The Ingredients for Success**

Just like you can’t make a Tim Tam without chocolate, there are a few essential ingredients we need for this role:

- 5-7 years of post graduate experience
- Experience in a similar role preferably within an FMCG/Grocery environment
- People and team leadership experience
- Advanced analytical capabilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and gain alignment with key stakeholders
- Proven experience in developing long term strategies
