**The Opportunity**

Our Commercial Analyst - Category is responsible for owning and transforming the NPD process from approval to post launch review.

You will be a key business partner to the marketing team and be responsible for providing category insights and analysis.

**The Accountabilities**
- Provide ownership of financial and commercial input into NPD. This includes providing analysis of marketing and trade investment into NPD
- Business partnering with marketing/category to provide category performance financial analysis. Focus on simplifying understanding of financials to provide value-adding insights to assist in decision making and bring trends to life
- Process improvement and streamlining - Optimise efficiency and agility through identifying improvements to drive business performance
- Establish ways of working with key internal stakeholders across the relevant business units

- High commercial acumen - ability to build relationships and influence key stakeholders at various levels
- Superior time management and organising skills
- Ability to business partner and provide critical analysis to make clear recommendations
- Superior presentation skills - you will need to be able to juggle multiple priorities from various stakeholders whilst maintaining output levels
- Highly strategic thinking
