**The Opportunity**

An excellent opportunity has arisen within our fast-paced finance team for a Commercial Manager. You will be a key member of the Commercial Finance Team, focused on business partnering with key Sales and Marketing stakeholders across The Arnott’s Group to drive insights that improve business performance and go-to-market strategies. In this role, you will be the primary finance lead for customers with the opportunity to drive performance through commercial insights while shaping the forecasting cycle through IBP.

**The Accountabilities**
- Business partnering with key stakeholders to influence business performance
- Commercial analysis that provides insights translating to market decisions
- Deliver the core financial outcomes whilst optimising revenue and trade spend outcomes
- Proactive management and identifying opportunities to minimise risk
- Financial lead for the IBP cycle and supporting customer teams
- Review and implement opportunities to improve how we work through improvements to our core systems, processes and reporting

- FMCG experience is essential
- Strong Sales, Marketing, and Finance experience is a must
