**The Opportunity**
You will be responsible for the design, delivery, and activation of the People & Culture (“P&C”) strategic plan in partnership with the Commercial and Corporate functions for the Arnott’s Australian business.
In addition, you will also join a team of colleagues who work together to deliver the full suite of P&C cyclical processes and initiatives across the Arnott’s APAC business; many of the frameworks are developed centrally, and you will be responsible for partnering with the business to embed them.
**The Accountabilities**
- Partner with leaders to embed operational and long-term workforce planning discipline.
- Work with leaders to identify key talent and appropriate engagement mechanisms.
- Provide advice and guidance to managers in developing, documenting, and communicating solutions (including disciplinary matters) for individual Employee Relations cases.
- Work with leaders to action insights from engagement surveys.
- Identify and execute opportunities and initiatives to improve processes and ways of working.
- Collaborate across the broader P&C team on opportunities, initiatives, and learning.

- Several years’ experience in a business partnering role, across all levels of a business.
- A breadth of ER exposure, with experience in advising and coaching leaders.
- A continuous improvement mindset, with experience delivering cross functional projects; strategic partnering work around workforce planning and capability will be highly regarded.
- Strong interpersonal, relationship building, influencing and negotiation skills; a collaborative approach.
- High analytical ability and commercial thinking; a talent for taking a reasonable and considered approach to delivery of key outcomes.
- Agility, resilience, high planning and prioritisation skills and the want/ability to flex between operational and strategic pieces of work.
