**Background**:
An excellent opportunity has arisen within our fast-paced finance team for a Commercial Manager. You will be a key member of the Commercial Finance Team, focused on business partnering with key Sales and Marketing stakeholders across The Arnott’s Group to drive insights that improve business performance and go to market strategies.

In this role you will be the primary finance lead for two of our biggest customers with the opportunity to drive performance through commercial insights whilst looking ahead to shape the forecasting cycle through IBP.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Business partnering with key stakeholders to influence business performance.
- Commercial analysis that provides insights translating to market decisions.
- Deliver the core financial outcomes whilst optimising revenue and trade spend outcomes.
- Proactive management and identifying opportunities to minimise risk.
- Financial lead for the IBP cycle and supporting customer teams.
- Review and implement opportunities to improve how we work through improvements to our core systems, processes and reporting.
- Support NPD business case development.

**The ingredients to be Successful**:

- You will have a minimum of 7 years’ experience working in a commercial finance business partnering role
- Industry experience within FMCG / consumer products or the grocery sector is highly preferred
- Strong Sales and Marketing finance experience is critical.
