**Background**:
The Commercial Finance Analyst provides support to the Commercial Finance Manager by assisting in the delivery of accurate, timely and reliable financial information.

Commercial Finance provides senior management the ability to strategically direct its efforts and investment to achieve maximum ROI.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Balance Sheet Reporting **- Managing balance sheet reviews and providing analysis on movements.
- **Corporate Requirements** - Supporting the Commercial Manager in managing monthly and quarterly corporate requirements.
- **Write-off Management **- Manage the Product Deletions Tracker and coordinate monthly write-off cycles including month-end provisions.
- **Report, Planning & Control** - Monitor and review Quarterly Projections, Planning Cycles, Annual Operating Plan.
- **System Administration** - Maintaining system data, reviewing, and resolving data issues to ensure timely, accurate data to drive decision making and ensure delivery of objectives.
- **Continuous Process Improvements** - Improving efficiency and enabling insights by identifying opportunities, building financial models in Excel and process improvement.

**The Ingredient’s to be Successful**:

- Tertiary Qualifications in Commerce/Business.
- Intermediate Excel.
- 2-3 years of relevant experience in corporate environment.
- Ability to work with cross functional teams.
- Ability to dive deep into the details and maintain a high level of attention to detail.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to effectively work on multiple tasks at one time.
- Ability to manage and interpret large volumes of data.
