As a Debt Consultant, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and tailored solutions to clients struggling with debt. You will work closely with clients to understand their financial situation, develop customized debt management plans, and provide ongoing support and guidance. Your goal will be to help clients reduce their debt burden, improve their financial health, and achieve their long-term financial goals.
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct comprehensive financial assessments to understand clients' debt situations and financial goals.
- Develop personalized debt management plans, including budgeting, consolidation, settlement, and negotiation strategies.
- Educate clients on financial management, budgeting, and credit improvement.
- Negotiate with creditors on behalf of clients to secure favourable terms and reduce debt.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients throughout the debt resolution process.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of client interactions and progress.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a debt consultant, financial advisor, or similar role.
- Strong understanding of debt management strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to advocate effectively for clients.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
