Our **Debt Advisory** team supports organisations to make sound financial and capital structuring decisions. - Medium to large corporate borrowers seeking to raise, refinance or consider options for raising debt.
- Project finance transactions across the mining and energy industries.
- Advice for government related organisations associated with debt or debt-like instruments.

Our team has the capability to deliver funding solutions from multiple capital providers including bank and non-bank lenders, and we are heavily involved in the preparation of supporting materials and direct negotiations with financiers to support our clients’ capital raising activities in the market.
