Recoveries Claims Consultant – Auto & General Australia
To establish contact with third parties through a strategy process to confirm claim details, identify liability, triaging of claims, and managing recovery of uninsured claims whilst achieving cost-effective and quality claims handling through robust relationships with team members, internal and external service providers.
Requirements- No insurance experience required
- Sharp eye for detail
- Well grounded negotiation and communication skills
- Able to deal effectively and confidently with conflict
- Effective time management capabilities
- Confidence in decision making
- Self motivated and able to work unsupervised
- Previous debt collection, paralegal or insurance claims experience will be highly regarded
To provide a personalised, seamless customer experience for at fault TPs by educating, negotiating and providing appropriate solutions for their circumstances.
To ensure the best possible recovery outcome occurs by proactively contacting our TPs customers to obtain critical information.
To ensure that all recovery opportunities are managed to the fullest extent by maximising the contact rates with TPs.
