**About the role**

As a Customer Logistics & Administration Coordinator you will ensure the smooth supply of goods from supply through to installation by overseeing the Logistics & Supply Chain Process for our Origin Zero business. This will include new stock or warranty replacements and the administration of support functions such as contractor payment, Small-Scale Technology Certificates (STC) processing and similar tasks.

Reporting to the Group Leader - Strategic Sourcing & Administration you will collaborate with suppliers, manufacturers, distributers, contractors and retailers to coordinate the overall supply chain process. We are looking for a Logistics or Supply Chain Administrator with strong attention to detail who thrives working in complex environments.

**Duties**
- Coordinate with stakeholders to forecast demand, plan stock replenishment and implement inventory control measures.
- Process and track contractor orders and ensure timely order fulfilment.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to resolve issues related to order discrepancies, delays or cancellations.
- Arrange and coordinate transportation, shipping and delivery of goods.
- Participate in cross functional meetings and contribute to strategic planning.

**Skills & Experience**
- Similar experience in a Supply Chain or Logistics Coordinator role
- Experience in complex support functions within a corporate environment
- Self-motivated and willing to learn
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Exposure to working in the energy sector (desirable)
