Location: Melbourne or Sydney, Australia

The Logistics Manager, AU/NZ serves as the go-to logistics professional for both forward and reverse logistics operations in Australia and New Zealand. Reporting to the Senior Director of Global Logistics, this role manages warehousing, distribution, transportation, and reverse logistics operations to support Sonos’ logistics strategy in the APAC region.

What You’ll Do:
- Own the overall logistics strategy and partner/footprint roadmap for Australia and New Zealand- Conduct network optimization analyses with the Data & Systems team to determine the optimal DC footprint for the regions managed- Manage logistics partners across warehousing/distribution, transportation and reverse logistics to ensure KPIs are met and identify areas of continuous improvement and cost reduction- Identify new partners and lead partner negotiations- Own the financial budgeting process for the region and implement tools and processes to optimize and improve accuracy spend forecasts- Partner with Fulfillment on inbound/outbound capacity planning to manage costs, support sales targets, meet delivery SLs and manage through constraints- Partner with Global Logistics Managers on inbound freight optimization from port to door- Manage reverse logistics flows and ensure b-stock utilization and cost targets are met for the region- Support in other regions of APAC logistics as needed

What You’ll Need

Basic Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in logistics, fulfillment or planning- Bachelor’s Degree- Experience working directly with 3PLs and carriers and managing contract negotiations- Familiarity with returns- Ability to manage and drive partners, work cross functionally with both technical and non-technical teams, and a passion to reduce cost and improve the logistics customer experience

Preferred:
- 5+ years in logistics, supply chain or fulfillment operations- Thorough familiarity with reverse logistics operations- Bachelors in Business, Supply Chain or equivalent- Excellent analytical, excel, program management, presentation and negotiation skills- Ability to make strategic recommendations and drive implementation working alongside Business Operations, IT, FP&A, Legal, and GTM
