**Your Impact**

Reporting to the GM Customer Supply Chain the key function of this role is to liaise closely commercial, customers and supply chain to ensure smooth & efficient management of the supply chains between businesses and delivery of agreed customer service metrics for our Asahi Lifestyle Business Division.

**The opportunity**:
Other key responsibilities include:

- Develop and foster a ‘partnership’ with both internal and external stakeholders that challenges current thinking and processes for mutual gain
- Influence key decision makers both externally and within the Asahi business to adopt strategies to maximize end to end profitability through process optimization and standardization initiatives
- Report on and drive excellence within team to achieve internal and external KPIs - including service levels and overall supply chain engagement.
- Ensure that all relevant risks and opportunities from customers is communicated in a timely manner to the appropriate team members within Supply Chain and Commercial divisions
- Monitor key Customer KPIs with team and address any issues proactively, with customer communications and alignment and maintain a national consistency of tasks relating to the management of the key accounts within Operations

**About You**
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Supply Chain Management / Logistics, coupled with proven experience within FMCG / Retail environment
- A strong depth of understanding of warehousing and distribution within Australian supply chain / logistics network across FMCG and / or Retailers.
- High level of business acumen across logistics cost drivers
- Well developed project management and process optimization skills coupled with analytical and data driven decision making ability
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal and leadership ability, facilitating and driving outcomes cohesively
