This values based NFP organisation is reshaping its support functions to align with their strategic direction and has a created a new leadership position to drive operational excellence and shape a newly formed centralised services team. The aim is to create a digital experience and take the business and the HR team on a journey of change that will enable more consistent, simple and efficient processes.

Reporting to the Chief People Officer, you will lead and develop a newly formed, diverse team across HR service delivery, reporting & payroll, volunteer administration, business improvement and contact centre to create and deliver efficiencies using technology and improved systems and processes. Your day-to-day activities will include:

- Lead the team and build team capability, accountability and responsiveness through the development and implementation of streamlined and improved systems, processes, procedures, and work practices across all facets of Employee Shared Services.
- Participate in the governance process, managing risk and contributing to improved employee experience.
- Establish, monitor and report against Shared Services service levels, performance measures and targets.
- Lead the process improvement and service delivery of the shared services and contribute to People strategy development and delivery.
- Key contributor for development and maintenance around the technology needs of the department.
- Develop and manage approved budgets.
