In this pivotal role, you will provide strategic leadership to CSTS (Client Services and Trustee Solutions), guiding clients, service providers, and key stakeholders across various specialized areas such as accounting, tax, operational management, and compliance within the managed fund and superannuation trustee industries. Your responsibilities extend to identifying and implementing transformation initiatives aimed at aligning common functions within the team and fostering scalable and sustainable operations to accommodate future growth.
**About the role**:
- Provide strategic leadership in specialist areas such as accounting, tax, operations, and compliance within managed fund and superannuation trustee industries.
- Drive transformation initiatives to streamline team functions and ensure scalable and sustainable operations for future growth.
- Integral member of CSTS leadership team with exposure to EQT group's executive leadership and Board members.
- Essential role requiring strong strategic leadership capability.
- Strategic importance within CSTS and broader EQT Group.
**What you'll need to succeed**:
- Relevant Tertiary and post-graduate qualifications.
- Practising CA or CPA with 15+ years' experience in managed funds and/or superannuation industries.
- Demonstrated leadership within complex, regulated environments.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Commercially aware with decision-making prowess.
- Collaborative mindset and change management experience.
