**About this role**:
Join this newly established multi-disciplinary Architecture practice as their brand-new studio manager. Being a new position to the practice, you will be given the autonomy to make this role your own, whilst utilising your varied skills. No two days will be the same in this diverse position, as you will be providing EA support to the 3 directors, supporting with marketing and bids using InDesign, as well as, conducting the overarching office administration duties. This practice is looking for someone who can bring a positive and upbeat energy to the role and can think outside the box to enhance team collaboration.Over the past 2 years, this architecture practice has gone from strength to strength and now has a solid staffing team of 15. With the plans of continuing to expand, there is management progression in this role. Offering part-time hours as well as occasional work from home days, the directors of this practice are very forward thinking and will put their trust in you to perform this role well.Roles and Responsibilities:

- EA support to the 3 Directors; diary management, meeting coordination, domestic travel arrangements and client support.
- Marketing and Bid support; using InDesign to help develop EOI’s, bids and submissions. Occasionally updating marketing collateral and content.
- Conduction overarching administration duties; meeting and greeting guest, arranging stock for office and facilities management
- People and Culture support; recruitment and onboarding, team social events.

Skills and Requirements:

- 3+ years’ experience as office manager in a relatable industry
- Competent user of InDesign
- Confidence to work autonomously and willingness to help in various areas of the practice.
