I'm partnering with a reputed and growing company in Sydney who is looking to upgrade technology, process and people initiatives and is seeking the help of an instructional Designer to roll out the learning to all employees. As an Instructional Designer, you will play a crucial role in developing engaging and impactful **e-learning** content tailored to meet the needs of **diverse workforce**. Your expertise will help us provide accessible and **mobile-friendly learning** experiences, empowering **deskless workers** to enhance their skills and knowledge.

- Hybrid (Sydney + WFH)_
- $700 - $750 +S_

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design and develop interactive e-learning modules, leveraging multimedia elements, to engage and motivate learners.
- Create both desktop and **mobile-friendly** e-learning content that is easily accessible on phones and tablets, catering to the needs of deskless workers.
- Utilize instructional design principles to structure and sequence learning content effectively, promoting learner comprehension and retention.
- Evaluate and assess the effectiveness of e-learning solutions, making data-driven improvements to enhance learner outcomes.
- **Enhance digital literacy**

**Your Experience**:

- Proven experience as an Instructional Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful e-learning projects.
- Proficiency in using e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Suite) to create engaging and interactive content.
- Familiarity with mobile learning strategies and designing content for mobile devices to ensure optimal user experience.
- Experience in creating learning designs for a diverse workforce, including deskless/ field workers.
