This role is pivotal to supporting a major change program with multiple workstreams, releases, and a focus on simplifying, relaunching, and migrating products across both consumer and business portfolios for all brands.

You will be working closely with a motivated team and have the opportunity to shape how change is adopted and valued by the business. This role will provide a unique chance to contribute from the project's initiation and be part of its delivery through to closure across several releases. If you're passionate about instructional design, change management, and creating innovative learning experiences, this is an excellent opportunity to make a real impact.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct comprehensive **Training Needs Analysis** to understand the educational gaps and design targeted content to address them.
- Develop and implement **Training Plans** that align with the broader **Change Strategy and Adoption Measures**, ensuring stakeholders are prepared for the changes.
- Collaborate closely with **product, compliance, credit risk, project, and other teams** to identify high-priority topics for targeted learning interventions.
- Review and refresh existing learning materials, ensuring they remain up-to-date and effective for new product rollouts and inductions.
- Design and develop **digital learning artefacts** such as videos, eLearning modules, quizzes, podcasts, animations, and quick reference guides.
- Liaise with **legal, compliance, risk, and distribution teams** to ensure all learning materials meet internal and regulatory standards.
- Manage relationships with external vendors when needed to produce high-quality learning materials, such as animations or video content.
- Maintain the learning content hosted on the intranet and other repositories, ensuring materials are accessible and up-to-date.
- Provide regular status reporting on training and learning adoption, tracking the success and engagement of learning programs.
- Work closely with the Change Director to support other change-related tasks as needed, ensuring smooth project execution and stakeholder engagement.

**Skills and Experience**:

- A minimum of **5+ years' experience in learning design and development** in large organizations, ideally within the financial services industry.
- Proven ability in **stakeholder engagement and management**, especially in highly regulated environments like financial services.
- **Proficiency in eLearning rapid authoring tools** such as **Adobe Captivate**, **Articulate Storyline**, and/or **Lectora**.
- Strong **multimedia production skills**, with experience in tools like **Vyond/GoAnimate** for animations and proficiency in **Adobe Creative Suite** (Photoshop, Illustrator, Audition, Premiere Pro) preferred.
- Expertise in **blended learning** delivery methods, such as video, podcasts, quizzes, webinars, and virtual classrooms.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to design engaging learning experiences and present to various stakeholders.
- A background in **Change Management** is highly desirable, particularly in credit card portfolios or financial services.

**Education**:

- **Bachelor's degree** in Education, Adult Education, Communications, or a related field is strongly preferred.
- **Change management qualifications** such as PROSCI or equivalent are highly desirable.
- Experience in multimedia design or related fields is advantageous.

**Behavioural Attributes**:

- **Adaptable and flexible**, with the ability to manage changing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- **Self-motivated** and proactive, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy in design.
- Able to work independently but also thrive in **collaborative environments**, managing cross-functional relationships and contributing to team goals.
- Comfortable working in a **'dotted line' reporting structure**, handling input from multiple stakeholders across different departments.
