**About the Role;**

We’re looking for a passionate and hands-on Training Designer/ Instructional Designer, to join the team here at Carma You’ll be responsible for developing training content, from technical, to leadership training across the business. You’ll design, develop and deliver innovative and engaging learning solutions for the Carma team as the teams grow.

**Responsibilities;**:

- Design and develop training material across the business, with a focus on the Inspection and Reconditioning centre team.
- Develop materials that will drive organisational learning and results, including videos, e-learning modules, workbooks, instructor guides
- Provide creative exercises and activities that will enhance the learning process
- Work cross-functionally to conduct training needs assessments and build training plans accordingly
- Train others to ensure successful and consistent program and facilitation

**About You;**:

- Tertiary qualifications in adult learning, training and assessment, such as Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or equivalent
- A minimum of 5 years work experience in instructional design
- Outstanding communication, teamwork and interpersonal skills
- Superior writing, editing and proofreading skills
- Experience with creative content tools and and a Learning Management System would be beneficial
- Experience in an automotive or manufacturing industry would be advantageous
