**How will I help?**

Are you passionate about creating impactful and innovative learning experiences? Do you have a background in instructional design and keen interest in the banking and finance sector? Join our dynamic team as an Instructional Designer and help shape the future of learning. Reporting directly into our Learning Lead, your role will be critical in supporting a broad range of initiatives from our Lines of Business delivered through the Consumer Change Management Practice. You will be responsible for designing and developing engaging and effective learning materials tailored to the needs of employees. You will also:

- Engage with Line of Business to investigate training needs and craft detailed content briefs
- Conduct needs assessments and analyse learning gaps to recommend appropriate learning solutions
- Keep up to date on best practices in instructional design
- Develop and design comprehensive and engaging learning experiences and assessments
- Develop facilitator guides, engaging system walkthroughs or practical, on-the-job support tools
- Write engaging scripts for video and audio content
- Facilitate and roll out learning experiences
- Analyse, update, and refine existing online content

**What do I need?**
- Expert stakeholder management skills.
- Knowledge of instructional theory, including assessment
- Proficiency with learning management systems (LMS)
- Experience with design platforms, such as Articulate, Camtasia and Vyond
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, including the ability to effectively convey complex ideas and concepts.
- Demonstrated knowledge of risk management and assurance concepts.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Flexibility and resilience in responding to multiple changing priorities.
- Skilled ability to work in a dynamic team, contributing to the overall goals of the delivery LoB
