**About You**:
**Overview of Role**:
The role is based in our Sydney Campus.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Training and Support: Provide training and guidance to academic teams on best practices for designing and delivering online curricula, ensuring alignment with educational standards.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough quality checks on e-learning materials to ensure they meet institutional and regulatory standards.
- LMS Management: Publish learning content to the Learning Management System (LMS) in a timely manner, ensuring compliance with project plans and deadlines.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement opportunities for process improvements in the creation and publishing of instructional resources to enhance efficiency.
- Additional Duties: Perform other tasks as reasonably directed by the Learning Development Manager to support team objectives.

**Education, Experience, and Skills**
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in e-learning or instructional design.
- Demonstrated experience in a similar role within an educational environment (preferably Higher Education).
- Proficiency in designing engaging content for diverse audiences.
- Experience with **Learning Management Systems, preferably Canvas, and tools such as Adobe Captivate, Mahara, and Echo 360**.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and changing priorities.
- Collaborative mindset with a solid understanding of regulatory frameworks, including the Higher Education Standards Framework (Threshold Standards) 2021, TEQSA, ASQA standards, and the ESOS Framework.
