**How will I help?**

The Customer and Business Bank (CBB) Institute is the gateway for learning and development for all employees within the CBB division. The CPD Instructional Designer is responsible for designing and developing learning assets to support the divisions ongoing continuing professional development requirements. We are open to location for this role, it can be based in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane or Adelaide.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Designing and developing learner centric learning solutions that execute against CBB strategy.
- Working with the business to define a calendar of CPD programs for CBB accreditations.
- Liaising with Stakeholders in the CBB business to integrate CPD development.
- Crafting experiences where learners are challenged ranging from e-books, self paced and facilitated sessions. Including digital learning content development.
- Developing training materials.
- Designing & creating successful assessment strategies.
- Providing data insights to the business on CPD content design, development and implementation plans.
- Working with internal accreditation teams and external Registered Training Organisations to ensure content developed is in line with regulatory requirements.
- Researching and advising on licensing requirements for CBB which are reflected in the design and development of CPD learning.

**What do I need?**

You will have demonstrated experience in instructional design and learning practice having worked and designed learning solutions for groups or individuals. Ideally you will have experience working within large, complex organisations with a track record of delivering business outcomes. A proven ability to build strong senior stakeholder relationships and influence outcomes is important.

You will be organised and have excellent time management to be able to plan out work and manage time effectively on a number of projects with competing priorities. You will possess strong facilitation skills and be able to confidently run design workshops. A continuous improvement mindset and the ability to operate in a changing environment is essential. Experience working in agile environments would be beneficial.
