**About the role**

As Executive Assistant, you’ll deliver high level managerial and administrative support to the Chief Member Experience Officer (CMXO) and the broader Members Line of Business team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.

This role requires a strong growth mindset, problem solving ability and a deep understanding of the operations and day-to-day demands of supporting a Chief to optimise performance and achieve business objectives.

Key accountabilities will include:

- Proactively manage calendars ensuring optimal time management.
- Coordination of appointments, team meetings, catering and travel bookings.
- Act as a liaison between the Chief and internal/external stakeholders, handling communication with professionalism, efficiency and urgency as required.
- Organise and prioritise tasks, projects and deadlines to maximise productivity and effectiveness.
- Conduct research, compile data and prepare day packs, reports, and presentations.
- Utilise technology and tools to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
- Anticipate the needs of the Chief and pro-actively address challenges or issues that may arise.

This role is available as a **full-time, permanent** opportunity and is based in **Sydney**.
