**Forward Facing seek an experienced, NV1 Security Cleared Project Support Officer**
Project Support Officer will provide support and assistance to the Project Manger and Deputy Project Manager in the coordination and development of the Integrated Project Management Plan, Project Execution Strategy and documentation required for the Independent Assurance Review.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in and facilitate the response of enquiries and coordinate the shared mailbox
- Assist in the management and coordination of project activities including:

- Supporting and conducting schedule and risk management
- Stakeholder engagement and management
- Project reporting on PPRIP and MRM
- Coordinating meetings and taking meeting minutes
- Development of project plans and procedures ensuring clear audit trails of critical documentation
- Diploma - Project Management
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work within and understand highly technical and complex project environments.
- Work within a team as well as work independently.
- Strong outcomes-based work focus.

**To Be Considered For This Role You Must**:

- Be an Australian Citizen
- Hold an active Baseline or NV1 Australian Security Defence Clearance
