**About the Role**
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Trainee Service Advisor to join our Audi service team on a full-time basis in Burwood.

As a Trainee Service Advisor, you will be someone who enjoys a challenge, working in a team environment with great customer service skills.

**Responsibilities**:

- Being the first point of contact for our customers, you will determine their requirements and help make their experience at Audi as seamless as possible
- Liaising with the workshop and parts departments
- Quote repair jobs and liaise with customers ensuring they are given the best possible Customer Service experience
- Meeting and exceeding manufacturers CSI targets
- Build and maintain positive customer and employee relationships
- Maintain regulars contact with customers to provide updates
- Handle customer complaints and concerns with prompt solutions-based outcomes

**Requirements for the role will involve the following**:

- Excellent communication, numeracy and customer service skills
- Willing to go above and beyond to exceed customer expectations and create memorable customer experiences
- Punctual, reliable, confident and friendly
- Have a professional attitude and be well organised
- Current driver license
- Be able to work in a team environment
- Demonstrate care and attention to detail
- Have the right to work in Australia
