The Department of Justice and Community Safety is seeking a **Talent Business Partner** to provide a critical role within the Recruitment Services team.
**About the Business Unit**
The Recruitment Services and Talent Programs team provides expert advice and support to the department on all recruitment related matters, including attraction, selection, redeployment and other recruitment and retention practices. **About the Role**
Responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, the Talent Business Partner will work with hiring managers across the department to understand their recruitment needs. Ensuring that target hires are achieved within the talent delivery team portfolios.
As a trusted adviser, the department relies on the Talent Business Partner to guide them through the complexities of recruiting to the varied and unique roles, across a varied portfolio.
**Some of your duties will include**:
- Partner with internal stakeholders to deliver high quality recruitment outcomes.
- Deliver the required hiring forecast across the talent delivery team.
- Provide accurate and timely advice to internal and external stakeholders on the recruitment process, relevant policies, best practice recruitment methodologies and legislative requirements.

**About you**
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Experience managing the end-to-end recruitment process.
- Experience in recruitment business partnering to meet operational demands.
**Qualifications**
- A tertiary qualification in a relevant field is desirable.
