ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

A leading logistics and supply chain organisation is seeking a Talent Acquisition Business Partner to deliver recruitment support across Australia and New Zealand. Based in Melbourne's western suburbs, this role partners closely with operational and corporate leaders to attract, assess, and onboard top talent while driving recruitment excellence and compliance.

You'll combine hands-on recruitment delivery with strategic project work across labour hire, process improvement, and workforce governance. It's an ideal role for an experienced internal recruiter ready to step into a broader business-partnering position.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment across operational, commercial, and support roles.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop sourcing plans.
  • Lead proactive talent pipelining initiatives for hard-to-fill and future-critical roles.
  • Support internal mobility and secondment processes to promote internal career growth.
  • Ensure all hiring activity complies with recruitment governance and privacy standards.
  • Prepare reports and dashboards to provide workforce and recruitment insights.
  • Contribute to projects across labour hire, visa compliance, reporting, and HR process improvement.
  • Coach and guide hiring managers on effective selection and interview practices.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Solid experience managing end-to-end recruitment within a medium-to-large organisation.
  • Proficiency in sourcing, selection, and compliance processes.
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
  • Experience in logistics, manufacturing, or related industries (advantageous).
  • Competence using applicant tracking systems and reporting tools.
  • Tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline.
