**About the Role**:
The People and Culture function is a newly established team of passionate and experienced People professionals, dedicated to driving best practices and delivering people-centric solutions across the OPP. The People and Culture team works collaboratively to provide expert support, ensuring compliance and governance while driving continuous improvement and exceptional service. We are committed to aligning with the OPP's statutory and operational requirements, all while championing a positive, people-focused culture

The Talent Partner will:

- Develop and implement talent strategies, including early talent campaigns, ensuring outcomes meet current and future workforce needs,
- Proactively develop talent pools, track recruitment activities, and stay connected to best practices to optimise recruitment processes and outcomes.

**About you**:
As an expert in talent acquisition, you will bring a deep understanding of the recruitment process and;
- Strong time-management and multitasking skills to oversee multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
- The ability to develop and implement recruitment strategies aligned with organisational goals and talent needs.
- Demonstrable experience delivering best practice recruitment outcomes while navigating policies, enterprise agreements, compliance standards, and regulations

The Office of Public Prosecutions (OPP) is an independent statutory authority responsible for conducting serious criminal prosecutions across Victoria on behalf of the Director of Public Prosecutions (DPP). Our team, consisting of over 475 skilled professionals, supports the work of the DPP, the Chief Crown Prosecutor, and Crown Prosecutors.
