Join Brandbank Group as a **Talent Acquisition Business Partner** and play a key role in driving recruitment success across the business.

You’ll oversee seamless recruitment processes, proactively source talent, and guide our Talent Acquisition Coordinators to meet the company’s hiring needs.

With a focus on achieving time-to-fill metrics and aligning strategies with business objectives, this role is critical in attracting and retaining top talent while fostering collaboration and delivering results.

**_Please note: This is a Fixed Term Contract of 12 Months_**

**THE ROLE**:

- Provide leadership, mentorship and operation support to our Talent Acquisition Coordinators.
- Partner with retail and support office departments to deliver seamless recruitment processes.
- Proactively source talent for hard-to-fill roles, ensuring our time-to-fill metrics are met.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to enhance our presence on platforms like LinkedIn and social media.
- Build and maintain Talent Pools and Pipelines to support future hiring needs.
- Generate recruitment reports and recommend process improvements to align with business goals.
- On-site role 5-days per week, based in our St Kilda Road offices.

**THE IDEAL CANDIDATE**:

- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
- Ability to thrive under pressure, excel at meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, SEEK Talent Search, and ATS platforms like JobAdder.
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with a proven ability to guide and support dispersed teams.
- Demonstrated success in strategic sourcing and building Talent Pools to meet immediate and future hiring needs.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- An analytical mindset and experience in leveraging data to drive recruitment decisions and process improvements.
- A proactive approach to managing multiple priorities and delivering results in a dynamic environment.
