As the Senior HR Manager, you will have the opportunity to lead and implement HR strategies that will drive business success and create a positive and supportive work environment for everyone. You will be a key player in the company, providing advice and guidance to managers and employees, and managing the recruitment and selection process, employee relations, benefits, compensation, and performance management programs. You will be aided by two part-time superstars that will assist you with the day-to-day recruitment and administration workload.
