Fantastic temporary opportunity for an HR Generalist to join a dynamic Federal department Agency.

**Your new company**
Become part of a company that is passionate about their employees. Due to continuous growth, we are seeking a qualified and experienced Human Resources Officer to join the team immediately on a temporary basis as they embrace this new period of progression into the new year.

**Your new role**
In your new role you will effectively support the Director of HR and the wider team across generalist HR and employee lifecycle activities as well as WHS.

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Provide advice and consultation on employee issues in a timely and effective manner
- Provide advice and support during culture and engagement related initiatives
- Build trusted relationships with a stakeholders and departments across this organisation
- Provide ad hoc admin support to the wider HR team
- Assist with the internal end-to-end recruitment, coordinating with line managers
- Maintain and assess the work health safety manual, procedures, risk assessments and business compliance ensuring the business remains compliant and up to date
