Mastergroup (home of Agrimaster) is a software development company who has been operating for more than 40 years. We specialise in farm financial software, specifically for the Australian Agricultural sector. Agrimaster is used by farm businesses and professional partners in all states of Australia, with a large market share of 80% of farmers in WA. We are seeking an energetic and creative Marketing Specialist to join our team located in Subiaco.
- Supporting the Marketing Manager in improving key website and social media metrics, including total traffic and conversion rate, acquisition targets, manage paid advertising accounts.
- Creating, updating, and scheduling content for newsletters, blogs, podcasts, social media, and website - ensuring it’s optimised for SEO.
- Developing and optimising quality paid and organic advertising campaigns across various platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and more.
- Monitor results and provide recommendations.
- Design and develop digital campaign assets and image creation, resizing/editing for channels.
- Support key internal stakeholders to manage events and webinars, ensuring they are setup and promoted effectively to increase brand engagement and drive sales.

About you:
We are looking for a self-motivated individual who is creative, engaged and enjoys working in a close-knit positive environment. You will be a Marketing all-rounder with a strong interest in digital while also having strong written and verbal communication skills. This role is a fantastic opportunity for an early career marketing/communications professional who is looking to gain experience in a primary industry.

**Skills & Experience**:

- Bachelor’s degree or graduating in marketing or communications.
- Experience in digital marketing, marketing automation and relevant analytics tools.
- Demonstrated analytical, strategic, and problem-solving skills to drive results, including use of Google Analytics
- Adobe, Canva and camera skills for image resizing/editing for web and social - preferred but not essential.
- Exceptional writing and editing skills specifically English.
- Paid cost-per-click (CPC) experience and paid advertising across multiple channels.
- Highly organised, excellent time and project management skills with the ability to juggle a wide range of competing demands.
- A high level of accuracy and attention to detail, proof reading and collating information into an easily digestible format.
