About The Role
We are seeking a people person with great communication skills who enjoys working in a busy team environment. This position is
Fixed-Term (2 Months).
You will be creative and have good capability and experience with marketing and branding tools. You will confidently liaise with the team on tasks associating with marketing, communications and fundraising initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
The role is critical in supporting our Marketing team in the achievement of Alzheimer's WA's marketing, communication, fundraising and brand awareness activities including:

  • Assistance in the maintenance of the Alzheimer's WA's website;
  • Coordinating and scheduling social media activity;
  • Providing ongoing administrative support with fundraising and communications in the planning and implementation of marketing activities;
  • Working with internal and external stakeholders;
  • Writing, editing and distributing content, including marketing collateral, website content, e-news, social media posts and other marketing material, that communicates the organisation's activities, products and services;
  • Coordinating high-quality content across communications channels to defined target audiences.
  • Ensuring all communication with internal and external stakeholders is seamless regarding consistency of communication messages in line with brand identity and tone of voice; and
  • General administrative responsibilities as directed by the Senior Marketing Officers.

About You

  • Recent graduates in Marketing, Communication, or similar or previous experience in a similar role.
  • Well-developed time management and organisational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication with an eye for detail and proof-reading skills.
  • Proficiency with Canva and Adobe Creative Suite is desirable
  • Strong computer skills and knowledge specifically of MS Office (Word, Excel and Powerpoint).
  • Relationship management skills, with the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
