Join Ear Science Institute Australia – a world-renowned not-for-profit medical research institute, dedicated to ear and hearing research, education and clinical care. Work alongside a national network of clinical service providers and contribute to improving the lives of people affected by hearing loss.

We are currently seeking a Digital Marketing Coordinator with a passion for digital tools and technology, to support and execute national digital marketing initiatives. Working closely with our multi-disciplinary team, you'll play a vital role in creating engaging content, managing digital campaigns and maintaining a strong online presence.

About the role:

In this hands-on role, you'll:

  • Create and manage engaging digital content across websites, social media, and email marketing.
  • Create eye-catching graphics, ads, and templates using Canva and Adobe, or with support from our designers
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance, engagement and SEO metrics.
  • Support campaign delivery, from planning through to execution and analysis
  • Collaborate with the Campaign Specialist, Communications Specialist, and external agencies to deliver high-quality outcomes.
  • Manage our social media channels and content engagement with the support of our Communications Specialist.

About You:

You will be a great fit for the role if you have;

  • 2–4 years' experience in a digital marketing or marketing coordinator role;
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail;
  • A genuine interest in digital tools and technology, and a willingness to stay up to date with the latest platforms and trends;
  • Experience using CMS platforms, email marketing tools, Canva, Adobe, and social media platforms (Active Campaign & Meltwater an advantage);
  • A proactive mindset, strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities;
  • A collaborative approach to teamwork and a genuine interest in purpose-driven work.
