As the Manager Human Resources, you will play a pivotal role in driving strategic human resource initiatives and fostering a positive and inclusive culture within the SA Ambulance Service. Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of HR functions, including workforce planning, recruitment, performance management, employee relations, and policy development.

To excel in this role, you must possess exceptional leadership skills, a deep understanding of contemporary HR practices, and a passion for delivering exceptional service. Your ability to build strong relationships, navigate complex situations, and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders will be instrumental in your success.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- The Manager will lead and influence high performing teams to enable SAAS to meet its workforce commitment in relation to identified frameworks and governance.
- The Manager has responsibility for the provision of a comprehensive human resources, employee relations, recruitment, HR Administration and Support; Workforce Data and Analysis and HRM systems; operational workforce planning and performance conduct functions.
- The role will provide significant leadership in the provision of high-level workforce management advisory service within SAAS, including leading change.
- The Manager will provide expert advice and consultancy to the Executive Director, Workforce regarding workforce performance and improvement within SAAS.
