The Courts Administration Authority (CAA) is seeking a passionate and experienced leader to take on the role of **Manager, Human Resources** within the People and Culture division.

The Manager, Human Resources contributes to leadership and decision-making across the CAA in the development and delivery of a range of contemporary HR strategies and solutions which are responsible to the needs and requirements of the CAA.

This position leads the Human Resources’ business partnership and consultancy services, management of injury management and workers compensation matters, and the CAA’s stand-alone Payroll services.

**Special Conditions**:

- This is a backfill opportunity until 31 July 2026.
- Appointment is under the _Courts Administration Act 1993_. Terms and Conditions of employment are governed by the _Public Sector Act 2009_.
- Appointment is dependent upon a current National Police Certificate that the CAA finds satisfactory.
- As a justice agency, the CAA may receive details of spent convictions as part of any Criminal History Screening and use this information in the selection process.

**Remuneration**:
MAS3 ($127,859 pa plus 12% superannuation)
