Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Human Resources Administrator. The Human Resources Administrator will handle day-to-day HR tasks, including managing HR systems, administering contracts and other HR documentation, and ensuring compliance with labor and employment laws. This role involves providing support to our clients, maintaining employee records, and assisting with employee relations and HR policies.
Qualifications
- Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills
- Administration skills
- Knowledge of Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS), such as Employment Hero
- Understanding of Labor and Employment Law
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Experience in a similar HR role
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
