Social Media Content Strategist

Currently our growing Marketing Team are looking to expand their team of strategists who are currently responsible for delivering all social media content across our platforms talking to a combined audience of over 170K across Facebook and Instagram. Our close-knit Marketing Team is an already well-established team and we are leaders in our industry at what we do daily. This person would need to be confident working in collaboration with other senior people in the company. In this position you’d be working alongside the Director, Brand Manager, Senior Strategist, Engagement Officers, E-commerce Team and Graphic Designers. All with the end result in mind to grow our beloved brand online through our already beautiful & kind social community we’ve worked hard to grow over the past eight years.

**About the position**

We are looking for a Social Media Content Strategist who has at least 1 year of relevant experience in a similar industry. Whilst a solid understanding of paid multi-channel digital marketing experience would be an added advantage, it is not necessary. The role encapsulates a wide range of responsibilities from collaborating, delivering & launching new collections across our social channels weekly and engaging with our beloved online community. The role will also be responsible for reporting and monitoring key insights for marketing results and reporting. If you haven’t headed across to our fun and vibrant socials yet, it's safe to say we love an IG story and being confident to speak to camera is a must. **Skills and experience**

Previous experience in retail / E-commerce / fashion industry or working in a similar role with a minimum of one year experience would be an advantage with an excellent eye for visually appealing feeds, strong copywriting skills and most importantly a can-do and positive nature.

Tertiary qualifications in marketing or communications with a digital social media focus would be preferred but not essential.

Videography / photography skills would be an advantage but not essential. iPhone videography would be considered fine.

Passion for content creation.

Proven experience in reading data from analytics and creative social media strategies to achieve business objectives.

Excellent understanding and experience with social media platforms, technology and reporting of sales data.

Industry experience would be an advantage and a special connection for understanding and caring for our established audience.

Excellent attention to detail including well developed written / communication skills.

Ability to multitask across different projects to help support the release of clothing collections & campaigns.

Strong time management skills.

Self-motivated and results driven.

Facebook Ad Management / paid multi-channel digital marketing experience would be an added advantage.
