At Social Deli, a leading digital marketing agency, we're on the lookout for a Digital Marketing Strategist and Account Manager to join our growing team. In this multifaceted role, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing innovative digital marketing strategies while overseeing the coordination of projects and managing client accounts.
Your role will be instrumental in ensuring the success of our clients' digital campaigns and maximizing their online presence. As the leader of our offshore social media manager and on-site social media content creator, you'll guide their efforts and collaborate closely with them to achieve outstanding results.
Here's a taste of what you'll be doing:
- Strategic Planning and Execution:
- With the help of our digital strategists, develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies tailored to our clients' objectives and target audiences.
- Stay ahead of the latest industry trends and emerging platforms, providing strategic recommendations for campaign optimisation.
- Collaborate with our social media managers and content creators to create engaging content across various social channels, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and more.
- Utilise data-driven insights to continually refine strategies, monitor campaign performance, and identify areas for improvement.
Account Management and Team Coordination:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as their main point of contact and providing exceptional customer service.
- Effectively manage client expectations, deliverables, and timelines to ensure client satisfaction and project success.
- Coordinate with our talented team of photographers, videographers, copywriters, and designers to produce high-quality, targeted content that aligns with our clients' brand identity and style.
- Utilise project management tools like Asana, WhatsApp, Canva, and Slack to keep the internal and external teams informed and ensure seamless collaboration.
Performance Analysis and Reporting:
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze campaign data, and generate insightful reports to track progress and measure ROI.
- Provide data-driven recommendations and improvement strategies to optimize campaign performance and achieve desired outcomes.
- Present campaign results and insights to key stakeholders, including clients, in a clear and concise manner, offering strategic guidance based on the data.

To be considered for this role, you should have:
- A minimum of 3-4 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within an agency or similar setting.

- Proficiency in using social media platforms, project management tools, and analytical tools.
- Familiarity with the intricacies of project management and a keen eye for detail.
