**Company**
Threaheads was founded in 2018 from an ex-massage parlour with a dusty old T-shirt printer and questionable design skills.
In 2020, COVID hit and the business exploded. Right place, right time. They had hit after hit, with a now semi-famous Democracy Manifest tee, a Daniel Andrews-inspired Get on the Beers tee, an appearance on live television, and a shift out of the shop to a proper warehouse down the road.
Since those dark early days, they've grown revenue from $50k to $20m. The team of 3 has become almost 30. And now the mission at Threadheads is a bit bolder: to create the funnest shopping experience on the planet. Whether making your own shirt, laughing at outrageously offbeat accessories, or ogling your new favourite luxe hoodie, Threadheads is a high-energy, low-friction good time.
The Threadheads brand is at an unusual intersection of fashion and humour. Its designs are fun, unique, and irreverent, while its clothing styles are heavily influenced by on-trend streetwear.
**Role**
A Creative Strategist is responsible for driving the performance of digital ad campaigns. You will focus on both creative development and data-driven decision-making to optimise results.
By combining creative vision with a data-driven approach, the Creative Strategist ensures that social ad campaigns are visually engaging and deliver strong performance outcomes.
**Responsibilities**
- Creative Ideation & Strategy: Developing concepts for ads that capture attention on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. The Creative Strategist works closely with designers, copywriters, and videographers to produce engaging content that resonates with the target audience.
- Data-Driven Optimization: Analysing performance metrics (CTR, ROAS, conversion rates) to refine and optimise ad creatives. By leveraging data insights, the strategist continually iterates on top-performing ads and adjusts strategies to improve overall campaign performance.
- Collaboration & Execution: Partnering with media buyers and creative teams to manage the execution of campaigns, including creative testing, scaling winning ads, and running effective creative sprints to ensure timely delivery.
- Influencer & UGC Coordination: Working with influencers and content creators to produce high-quality user-generated content (UGC) that aligns with brand messaging and performs well on social platforms.
- Platform Expertise: Being proficient in leveraging the unique features of social platforms like Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and TikTok, ensuring creatives align with platform-specific best practices to maximise engagement and results.

- Demonstrable ability to to align the production of creative to media spend goals
- Tried & tested frameworks for experimentation
- Ad-nerd: you love the classics and know a good ad when you see one
