**ROLE OVERVIEW**
Vinsan salvage is seeking an enthusiastic office bookkeeper/administration staff member. This is a permanent casual position based at Bayswater to join our team for an immediate start.
**ACCOUNTING /KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Bank account reconciliations
- Accounts receivable
- Invoice entry and reconciliation of accounts payable
- Payroll & Processing of Single touch payroll
- Quarterly BAS preparation and monthly PAYG payments
- Superannuation payments
- Assisting the director with other general and accounting matters
- General office/admin duties
**CRITERIA**
- Sound knowledge of bookkeeping experience
- Experience with MYOB is essential
- Proficient with Microsoft word, excel, and outlook
- Proven track record of working effectively & independently
- Strong attention to detail, to ensure accuracy of information
- Australian citizen or valid right to work
- Own transport
- Current police clearance
- Proof of covid vaccination
**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent, Casual
Part-time hours: 24 per week
**Salary**: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Day shift

Customers and staff are required to wear masks, and customers shall sign in using the safe WA app.(in accordance with Western Australian government guidelines)
