Administration Assistant
Full time 37.5hrs a week
Opportunity to complete certificate 3 or 4 in administration whilst you work
No weekends or after hours
About the role
- Answering and redirecting office phone calls
- Liaise with customers - Processing and checking of customer orders - Invoicing completed works - Managing client orders through CRM (training provided) - Monitoring order flow and scheduling workings once manufacturing process is complete - Learning product information - Assisting clientele in the showroom
We are seeking
- Great and clear communication skills - High level of attention to detail - Self motivated with a willingness to work autonomously - Strong organisation and recording skills - Supportive and passionate team member
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: From $25.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Supplemental pay types:

- BAYSWATER, VIC 3153: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
